This allows us to provide an accurate estimate based on several factors. Here's what typically happens during a walkthrough: Inspection of the Space: We will look at the size of the area to be cleaned, including the number of rooms, floors, or specific areas (such as bathrooms, kitchens, etc.). We also check the condition of the property and note any areas that might need special attention (e.g., high-traffic zones, stains, or heavy dust buildup). Discussion of Cleaning Needs: We will ask the client about their specific cleaning needs, such as whether they want a one-time deep clean or recurring services. We also check if there are any special requests, like eco-friendly products or specific tasks like window washing or items moved out, etc. Evaluation of Cleaning Frequency: If it's an ongoing service, we will assess how often cleaning will be needed, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, which can influence the price. Scope of Services: We will outline what services are included in the quote. This might include general cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping) or specialized tasks (e.g., deep cleaning, sanitizing, organizing). Time Estimate: Based on the size and complexity of the job, we will estimate how long it will take to clean the space. Providing the Quote: After the walkthrough, we will provide a detailed quote that covers the scope of work, estimated time, frequency (if recurring), and the total cost. The quote may be subject to change if there are any significant changes in the property or cleaning requirements. A walkthrough quote ensures that the client understands what to expect and that we can offer a fair price based on the specifics of the job.
Cancellation Policy
Please ensure all information provided is accurate, including the correct square footage, address, and service type. If the home is furnished, please be sure to select the "Furnished Home" add-on when booking. This ensures accurate timing and pricing for your cleaning service. Cancellation Policy We require at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. We’ll notify you via email or phone if a slot opens up. Waitlist requests are honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
